We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Intimate apparel or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
How to Request a Return
To start a return, email us at dennis.ellement1@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, you'll receive store credit equal to the value of the returned item(s). Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any future purchase at alivate.shop.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dennis.ellement1@icloud.com with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
